These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of DatingCenters.com (the "Service"), operated by Gallimore Software LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility: 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. We verify age at signup and we may ask for proof of age at any time. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be terminated immediately.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information, including your age and contact details, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may have only one account. Do not create accounts for anyone else or share your login credentials.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable conduct

On the Service and in your interactions with other members, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or bully anyone, or send unwanted, repeated, or sexual messages to someone who has not welcomed them.
• Post or send illegal content, including content that is defamatory, hateful, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Spam other members, run scams, or solicit money, financial information, or commercial transactions.
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your age or identity, or create a fake profile.
• Upload or share sexually explicit images of anyone other than yourself, images of minors, or any image you do not have the right to share.
• Scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its data, or try to break into other members' accounts.

4. Your content

Your profile, photos, and messages are yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content you post so the Service can work: showing your profile to other members, delivering your messages, and operating the site. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except that we may keep copies required by law or for safety records. You represent that you own or have the rights to everything you post.

5. No guarantee of matches

We cannot promise you matches, dates, or relationships. We do not guarantee that any profile is accurate, complete, or authentic, and we do not run background checks on members. Use your own judgment, and read our safety page before meeting anyone in person.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your profile, photos, messages, and account data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we believe you are under 18, or if your behavior puts other members at risk. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gallimore Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any interactions you have with other members, including meetings you arrange. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under Ohio law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes and contact
